My 4-year-old is right at 40 lbs, so we just switched the harness to forward-facing and it took maybe ten minutes with the manual. Glad it'll grow with him up to 65 lbs before we even need the booster mode.
The 5-point harness is a cinch to adjust, and my daughter rides comfortably now that she’s in the 30-pound range. Conversion to booster mode looks straightforward for when she grows. Solid build, and the free shipping was a nice bonus.
